Where Moldova genuinely helps

Outside the EU and outside US copyright law is an unusual combination, and for a complainant used to sending a notice and being obeyed it is a wall. We do not have a Moldovan region and will not pretend the eight we have are a superset of every useful jurisdiction.

What the eight do answer is a different question: not how far the server is from Washington, but how many separate courts a complainant would have to win in.

Is Moldova safer than Panama?

For an American complainant, both are outside reach. Panama additionally has no European-style retention obligation and the entity there is Panamanian. The guide compares them rather than ranking them.

Will you add Moldova?
