Power figures are usable rather than peak, drawn from two independent feeds and metered separately so you can see which one carried what. Transit on the listed port is included and unmetered — commodity colocation quoted elsewhere at a third of these figures sells space and electricity only, and the carrier contract that makes it useful is a separate bill. Elsewhere is the cheapest offshore package we found that this one beats on space, power, port and addresses; two sizes have no offshore comparable published anywhere, so nothing is shown against them.

Where a colocation invoice usually grows
The cabinet is the advertised number. The recurring charges attached to it are where the relationship is actually priced.
Three charges that are not on the invoice
The monthly figure is the monthly figure.
A cross-connect billed for the life of the contract, hands metered by the quarter hour, an install charge on the way in: none of these are large on their own, and together they are how a cabinet quoted at one price is paid for at another. We took all three out, which also means nobody here has a reason to hesitate before calling the night shift.

How much space do you need?
1U – 4U
One or two machines you already own, moved into a jurisdiction you chose deliberately.

The facility
A locked box, and a straight answer about the door.
Colocation is the one product where the marketing and the building have to match, because you can walk in and check. Everything below is what you will find when you do — including the part we cannot promise.
- Space
- Locked, and yours A quarter rack is a locked compartment with its own door, not a shelf in a cabinet somebody else can open. Full racks and suites are yours entirely, keyed to credentials you set.
- Power
- A+B feeds, N+1 plant Two independent feeds per cabinet from separate UPS strings and separate generators, each metered so you can see which drew what. The listed watts are usable, not peak.
- Cooling
- Contained aisles, N+1 Hot and cold aisle containment, 22 °C at the inlet. Cabinets to 15 kW are available where the workload needs the density — tell us before you rack rather than after.
- Network
- Our ASN, or your own Take unmetered transit from us on the listed port, run BGP with your own ASN and prefixes, or cross-connect to any carrier in the building. Cross-connects are not billed.
- Hands
- Remote hands, included Reboots, media swaps, recabling, a photograph of a blinking light at three in the morning. Not metered by the quarter hour, because a desk that meters is a desk you avoid calling.
- Access
- Escorted, whenever Come with an appointment, or never set foot in the building and let us rack it. One honest caveat: the facility operator does require identification at the door, and that is the one rule we cannot write for you.

Before you ship anything.
Do I have to ship the hardware, or can you buy it?
Either. Ship it and we rack it, cable it and photograph the result before you are billed for a full month. Or send a specification and we source, build and burn it in for you — at cost plus a flat margin we tell you in writing, with no finance agreement and no minimum term attached to it.
What does remote hands actually cover?
Anything a pair of hands can do: power cycles, drive and media swaps, recabling, reseating a card, reading a console, taking a photograph. It is not metered and not billed. Work that needs a part we do not have is quoted first. What we will not do is administer the operating system — that is yours.
Is there really no cross-connect fee?
None, in either direction. Connect to a carrier in the building, to another tenant, or to a second cabinet of your own, and the fibre and the patch are on us. Most operators bill a cross-connect monthly for the rest of its life; it is one of the quieter ways a colocation invoice grows.
What happens to my hardware if I stop paying?
It stays where it is, powered down, for sixty days, and you can collect it or have it shipped at any point in that window. We do not hold equipment hostage against a disputed invoice. After sixty days with no contact, storage is charged at the rack rate until you appear.
Can I run my own ASN and announce my own prefixes?
Yes, on any package including a single U. We will set up the BGP session, agree filters and help with the LOA and RPKI if you have not done it before. If you would rather not run BGP, take addresses from our allocation instead — reverse DNS is yours to control either way.
How quickly can I be racked?
Space in the eight regions is available now for anything up to a full rack; suites take longer because they are built to order. Hardware you ship is racked the day it lands. Hardware we buy takes one to three business days from stock, five to ten if a part has to be ordered.
