Offshore web hostingSomeone else runs the stack. Nothing else changes.

LiteSpeed Enterprise on NVMe RAID-10, with cPanel or DirectAdmin included, daily encrypted backups and a free migration from wherever you are now. The same eight jurisdictions and the same content policy as the bare metal — you simply stop being the one who patches it.

These are the monthly prices, with no setup fee and no term required — longer terms are offered at up to 35 % less and never assumed. Resources are guaranteed rather than burst: the memory and cores on that line are reserved for your cage and cannot be eaten by a neighbour. Elsewhere is the cheapest comparable plan we found at any outside no-KYC host, converted to a monthly figure — several of those advertised rates are only available on a three-year prepayment, and one of them renews at seven times what it says on the tin.

Accounts are yours to create, price and suspend from WHM or DirectAdmin’s reseller view; storage and resources are pooled across them rather than fixed per account. Overage is $0.40 per account per month, never a suspension. Elsewhere is the cheapest offshore reseller package we found that this one beats on both account count and disk.

What a headline price usually hides

Auditing this market is mostly an exercise in reading footnotes. Here is what we found, and what we decided not to do about it.

Three tricks we left out

The price you agree is the price you renew at.

Across the offshore hosts we priced against, the cheapest advertised figures were first-year teasers renewing at up to seven times the rate, or plans whose traffic allowance runs out long before the month does. Committing for longer does earn a discount here — up to 35 % over two years, printed on the order page rather than negotiated — but that rate is what you renew at, not a hook.

See every term priced
  • No introductory rate The second term costs what the first did. We do not price for the signup and recover it later.
  • No term you did not choose Monthly is the default and always available. The longer terms are an option, never the only price.
  • No metered traffic Gigabytes are not counted and not billed. Fair use is a conversation, not an invoice.

Which one is yours?

Start – Grow

A personal site, a portfolio, a small shop, or a handful of client sites you look after.

Scale

A busy WordPress or WooCommerce estate with a cache that earns its keep. Where most people land.

Studio – Business

An agency running dozens of sites, or one site with real traffic and a database behind it.

Reseller 40 – 250

You are selling the hosting, not consuming it — under your own brand, nameservers and prices.

Need root, a daemon that is not a website, or a custom PHP build? That is a different product. A Cloud VPS starts at $2.79

The platform

Shared, but not the way that word usually means.

The reputation this product has comes from oversold machines where one bad neighbour ruins the afternoon for four hundred people. Every account here sits in its own kernel cage with hard limits, on NVMe, behind a web server built for exactly this.

Web server
LiteSpeed Enterprise With LSCache and HTTP/3. Three to nine times Apache on identical hardware for WordPress and WooCommerce, and the page cache is part of the server rather than a plugin bolted on top.
Isolation
One cage per account CloudLinux gives every account its own kernel namespace with its own CPU, memory and I/O ceiling. A neighbour's runaway plugin cannot take the machine down with it, and cannot read your files.
Storage
NVMe Gen4 in RAID-10 No spinning disks and no network volume anywhere in the path. Databases sit on the same array as the document root, which is where most of the speed comes from.
Databases
MariaDB 11 · Redis Unlimited databases, remote access on request, and an object cache your CMS will use as soon as it is switched on. No per-database charge and no row limits.
Control
cPanel or DirectAdmin Included on every plan at no licence cost to you — pick either at signup, and we will move you between them later if you change your mind.
Backups
Daily, off-site, encrypted Fourteen days retained in a jurisdiction you nominate, restorable per file or per database from the panel, encrypted with a key we do not hold.

Included at every size

Four things most of the trade charges for, and one of them twice.

  • Mitigation

    1.2 Tbit/s DDoS protection

Always on at every edge, on the cheapest plan as much as the largest. No per-attack fee, no metered scrubbing and no protected-IP upsell.

  • Availability

    99.99 % uptime SLA

Credits are worked out from the public incident record and applied to your balance automatically. There is no claim form, because there is nothing to claim.

  • Settlement

    Crypto payment, no identity

Eight assets including Monero. No card, no bank detail, no document — not at signup, not at renewal, and not at any amount.

  • Moving in

    Free migration

Whole servers, control panels, databases and mail, moved by an engineer at no charge. You test the copy before anything is cut over, and you keep the old host until you are happy.

Before you move in.

What does unmetered traffic actually mean?

That we do not count gigabytes and do not bill for them. There is a fair-use line, and it is drawn where a site starts to degrade the machine for everybody else — sustained hundreds of megabits, not a busy month. If you cross it we tell you and help you move to a VPS; we do not send a surprise invoice.

Is my account really isolated from the others?

Yes. CloudLinux puts each account in its own kernel namespace with hard CPU, memory, process and I/O limits, so a neighbour cannot exhaust the machine or read your files. That is the difference between shared hosting that works and shared hosting that everybody warns you about.

Can I resell this to my own clients?

On the reseller plans, yes, and under your own brand: private nameservers, your logo in the panel, your invoices. We never appear to your clients. On the shared plans, host as many of your own sites as the plan allows, but do not sell accounts from them.

Will you move my sites across for me?

Free, and usually the same day. Give us access to your current host — cPanel-to-cPanel is fastest, but a plain archive and a database dump work as well — and we move the files, the databases, the mail and the cron jobs, then hand you a staging URL to check before DNS changes.

When should I buy a VPS instead?

When you need root, a service that is not a website, a kernel module, a custom PHP build, or more sustained CPU than a shared cage will give you. A VPS starts at $2.79 and administering it becomes your problem — that is the whole trade. If you are unsure, an engineer will tell you honestly which one you need.

What happens if someone complains about a site I host?

The same policy as everywhere else on the estate: the complaint reaches you in full, with the complainant named, and you have fourteen days to answer. Nothing is suspended on the strength of an email. On reseller plans the notice comes to you, not to your client.
