Continuity is part of the jurisdiction question

Choosing where a server sits is usually about law. It is also about whether the building will have power and transit next quarter, and that is a live consideration for capacity in a conflict zone. It is worth naming rather than leaving implied.

The eight regions here are chosen for law and held by separate companies, and the per-region uptime record is published so continuity is a figure rather than a promise.

Tolerance, and where the line is

This estate refuses exactly two things and the list does not grow: child sexual abuse material, and material that finances or incites terrorist violence. Everything else — adult content, file hosting, Tor exits, leak sites, security research — is explicitly allowed. That is on the acceptable use policy, which is short on purpose and has no catch-all clause.

What is not on a page

No canary, no transparency figures, no record inventory. The argument is the same one as everywhere else in this section, and it is the only one that survives a reader opening both sites at once.

Do you take content other hosts refuse?

Within the two prohibitions above, yes, and the takedown process begins with a court rather than an email. Outside them, no, and no amount of payment changes it.

Which region should I choose?

Read the jurisdictions guide and choose on the law. Every region costs the same, so there is nothing to trade off against.

Buy theirs instead if

Ukrainian placement is specifically what you want and you have weighed the continuity risk.
The tolerance stated on their site covers something ours does not.
Price and location matter more to you than a published process.
