FlokiNET publishes Iceland, Romania and Finland. All three are outside the reach of a US takedown notice, and Iceland in particular has constitutional speech protection that is worth what it says. That is a real answer to the question most people are asking.
This estate publishes eight jurisdictions, and the reason is not that eight is a bigger number. It is that each one is a separate company on its own country’s register, so a ruling obtained against the Panamanian entity is not enforceable against the Icelandic one without starting again in Iceland. The distinction matters because a promise you cannot check is a promise that costs nothing to make.
