An Icelandic host in Iceland is answerable to Icelandic courts and nobody else, which is a clean and defensible arrangement. It also means one court, one company and one outcome: whatever a ruling reaches, it reaches all of it.
This estate spreads the same idea across eight jurisdictions, each held by a separate company on its own register. The intent is not to be harder to sue in the abstract. It is that content in Panama and content in Iceland cannot be reached by the same order, so a complainant who succeeds once has to start again.
